- Rate information: We use electric rate details provided by your utility, which may include supply charges, distribution fees, and other itemized costs from your bill
However, these are estimates only. Your actual bill may differ because:
- We may not capture all programs or discounts that affect your rates
- Solar-specific factors like net metering or export credits aren't reflected in our calculations
- Even with Rooftop solar charging enabled, we follow your solar hours, but don't adjust rate calculations based on solar generation or utility compensation
